From the start of planning until the day before the event

  • Be aware that the event is happening.
  • Notify the Host Site Coordinator of attendance changes.

The day before the event

  • Notify the Host Site Coordinator of attendance changes.

The day of the event until start of setup

  • Notify the Host Site Coordinator of attendance changes.
  • Travel to the event (if required).

The start of setup until the event itself

This period normally starts 30 minutes before the event. High profile or large events such as those organized by the Department of Human Services or the Department of Health may require a full one-hour setup.

  • Be at the event and ready to start on time.
  • Review equipment operation as needed.

During the event

  • Participate.

Post-event teardown

  • No event-related activities.

Followup

  • Communicate any feedback to the Host Site Coordinator, the Room Contact, and/or MN.IT.
