- Work with Host Site Coordinator to schedule the event and be aware
of any needs for special resources.
- Arrange to obtain any special resources that have long lead times.
- If room setup will require substantial time, you may want to
reserve additional time in the room's schedule for setup (and
similarly for tear down).
