The service dashboard provides a rough, high-level status summary of MN.IT Services' services and their recent history.
For each service, the dashboard shows its overall status, a relevant message, and when the status was last updated. It also has links to view the history and details.
The history link shows the status values and messages for the last 48 hours. It also indicates all items that were not 100% up for each interval.
The details link shows the items that are included with each service, their current status, and when that status was last updated. For some services, these items are also combined into groups. For example, the Data Networking service Internet links group is up if either of its element items is up.
Caveat: the dashboard does not in general perform its own status testing. Rather, it draws information from our HP OpenView system and other MN.IT Services-operated monitoring systems. Thus, the last update time for an item may be considerably in the past and yet the data are still current.
All status pages - the main dashboard, the RSS feeds, the summary page, and the picture page - are set to refresh every five minutes.
These are the current service status feeds. They are in Atom format.
Summary pages are available for each service. The page shows the overall status, the message, and when the status was last updated. They are suitable for embedding into other HTML pages using iframes.
Picture pages are available for each service. The page shows just the overall status picture (no text). They are suitable for embedding into other HTML pages using iframes.
