MNET Services>Telecom Data Networking>Adding Service

MN.IT offers many services, and each service has one or more ways in which you can interact with the service (we call these roles). This form gathers the roles for each of the major service types and identifies the types of access offered for each. It also either tells you how to obtain that access or provides a way to submit the request.

Important notes:

  • All requests are subject to review and verification.
  • This form does not include all MN.IT roles or authorizations.
  • In many cases, submitting the request using this form is just starting the process. Other MN.IT forms and requests may be involved.

COSWeb

COSWeb is not a service in itself, but is used as part of our delivering other services. As such, you may receive a COSWeb account in addition to other accounts. Your COSWeb account can be used for these purposes in addition to any others:

  • Your COSWeb account holds your MN.IT contact information. In addition to the basic telephone number and mail address information, it can hold pagers, IM addresses, SMS (text) addresses, and lots of other information. You can also mark information with priority and privacy tags. Please keep it up to date.
  • You can use your COSWeb account to submit and track incidents with our TAC.

Iweb

Iweb is the name of set of web services offered by the MNET part of MN.IT. It has a substantial amount of public information about Data Networking, Mail, Video, and Voice services. In addition, there is a login portion of the site that enables administrators to see and configure non-public information. As such, you may receive an Iweb account in addition to other accounts.
